I have published two non-fiction books and one collection of short-fiction, and continue to write on a daily basis. My first book, 7 Secrets of Successful Neighborhood Marketing was originally published in 2006, with a revised and updated second edition released in 2008. The book was published in conjunction with the Neighborhood Marketing series of workshops presented in venues across the country from 2005-2007. The first edition was a workbook, designed to be used as part of the workshop experience. The second edition included additional narrative detail as a stand-alone guide to implementing Neighborhood Marketing strategies for small and mid-size businesses.
My second book, Breakfast at Midway: A Lean Marketing Journey — about the application of Lean Six Sigma to the sales and marketing functions — was published in July 2009.
I am currently working on a new non-fiction book, tentatively titled City of Glass, in which I will explore economic development marketing concepts in the digital age.
In September of 2010, I published a collection of short fiction, Ghost Walks, featuring stories in the suspense/horror genre. You can read my short story, “The Solitary Nature of Beachcombing,” from that collection, here.
